The Journey Edit

The Calendar Edit

Some journeys begin with a date on the calendar — not a destination.

The Approach

Plan Around the Event, Not the Other Way Around

For major sporting events, concerts, festivals and cultural moments, the event itself is often the hardest component to secure. Hotels and airfare can usually be arranged. The ticket, the access, the experience — those require a different kind of planning.

Atelier Voyage approaches event travel by identifying the scarce element first, then building the journey around it. The result is a trip that actually works — not one assembled after the fact from whatever is still available.

The Calendar Edit Principles

  • Identify the scarce element first
  • Build the journey around the event
  • Combine the event with meaningful travel
  • Plan early enough to have real options

Calendar Edit · August 24, 2026 — All event details, ballot windows, and access paths must be reconfirmed at the time of inquiry.

Formula 1

Monaco Grand Prix 2027

The Monaco Grand Prix is one of the most iconic events in motorsport — and one of the most difficult to attend well. Official Formula 1 ticketing currently offers a waitlist for 2027 Monaco Grand Prix tickets. The earlier the inquiry, the more options remain available.

Potential Côte d'Azur route:

Paris — 2 nightsNice — 3 nights (race base)Monaco — Race weekendMilan — 2 nights

Build more than the race:

  • Race access and grandstand selection
  • Côte d'Azur hotel
  • Day trip to Èze or Antibes
  • Dinner in Nice old town
  • Milan extension
  • Return routing

The Calendar Edit Take

Nice can often make a practical and beautiful home base for a Monaco race trip while also turning the weekend into a full Côte d'Azur journey. Combining the race with the surrounding region — the food, the coastline, the villages — is what separates a great event trip from simply attending an event.

Las Vegas Grand Prix 2027

Official Formula 1 ticketing currently offers a waitlist for the 2027 Las Vegas Grand Prix. The race runs through the Las Vegas Strip at night — one of the most visually dramatic settings in the sport. Securing race access early opens up the full range of hospitality and viewing options.

Build more than the race:

  • Race access and viewing tier
  • Strip hotel
  • Concert or headline show
  • Special dinner reservation
  • Spa day
  • Extra Vegas nights before or after

The Calendar Edit Take

Secure the difficult event component first, then build the entertainment weekend around it. Las Vegas rewards a longer stay — the race is one night, but the city can fill several more.

Tennis

Wimbledon 2027

Wimbledon is the oldest and most prestigious tennis tournament in the world. Tickets are allocated through a public ballot and, for eligible members, through the LTA ballot — both of which require advance planning. The earlier the inquiry, the more time Atelier Voyage has to explore all available access paths.

Planning Alert

The eligible LTA Wimbledon 2027 ballot opt-in is currently open through August 31, 2026.

The LTA ballot has eligibility requirements and is separate from the Wimbledon public ballot.

Potential London journey:

London — 4 nightsWimbledon — Match dayWest End showParis — 2 nights

The Calendar Edit Take

A tennis trip does not need to be only match → hotel → airport. London rewards time — the food, the neighborhoods, the museums, the theatre. Combining Wimbledon with a few days of genuine London travel makes the journey worth the planning.

How Atelier Voyage Approaches Event Travel

The Event Is the Starting Point

01

Identify the scarce element

What is hardest to get — the ticket, the hotel, the access? That is where planning begins.

02

Research access paths

Official channels, authorized resellers, hospitality packages, ballot systems — Atelier Voyage researches what is actually available.

03

Build the journey around it

Once the event is secured, the surrounding travel — routing, hotels, dining, extensions — can be designed to complement it.

04

Confirm and monitor

Event travel often involves moving pieces. Atelier Voyage monitors for changes and keeps the plan current.

Don't miss the window

Remind me when it's time to plan.

Tell Brenda which event or season you're interested in. She'll reach out when it's time to start planning — before availability disappears.
